A house in the midle of your own forest.
The areal is about 5600 m2 big an exists of quite old forest.
The house is totaly surrounded by this forest and has several small buildings or sheds on the premises. The house itself is in good condition and has high-quality new windows and a frontdoor all around. It lies in the region of Sörby (Kommun Hagfors), which is a very quiet one, and has a lot of beautifull lakes and low mountains. It's an ideal place for fishermen and people who like to commit watersports as waterskiing, swimming, but also horse-riding and picnic belong to the possibilities. The house dates of beginning of the 19th century and has been renovated for about 60 to 70 %.

1st floor
Kitchen: Existing of a new small kitchen with a new sink, and a kitchen-unit with cupboards.
Besides there is a german kitchen-corner with a table both of old deal-wood. The kitchen has an electric stove on high power (360 volts). Electricity is renewed here. There is an oven to heat up or to bake bread as well. All around new high quality german windows (normal open-up or tiltable). On the floor lies a sort of plast floor-covering on top of a wooden floor.

Entrance with corridor and stair-way: Here stands a brand new refrigerator and a somewhat older washing-machine.

A stair-way takes you to the first floor.

Bathroom: Here is to be found a new water-boiler (80 liters), and a shower compartment with a new rail and new linen curtain.
There are two smaller cupboard to store small things like towels, and so on. The bathroom has a ventilator (Itho) to take away mainly the humidity. The ceiling is renewed with special wooden cherry-coloured planks. There's a wash-stand with a cupboard underneath, most of the sanitary items are new.
The toilet has a reservoir on top and has all new rubber-parts inside.

2nd floor
There are three rooms on the first floor.
Two of them are completely renovated following high-standard western principles.
Of course the electricity, and new radiators makes part of this renovation.
The walls in both renovated rooms are completely made with wood, and so are the floors.
