The objects on our site have been selected on good price/quality balance. The objects are mostly privately-owned. That keeps the prices low because the seller bares most of the the cost. This is why you will not find most of our objects on main realtor sites. You also do not have any hassle with language barriers or dreary and slow e-mail interaction.

If you do not find what you are looking for on our site, please contact us. We work mostly with a certified Swedish realtor who usually has a lot more on offer than we show you. Of course we are more than willing to show you any of these as well.

 

 The trip:

Ask for our accommodation possibilities. We advise you to travel up here with your own car. Many future buyers have never been to Sweden. This is why it is important to know the distance to your future (second) home. Please also plan at least one to two days for these house viewings. The distances are often very large and this way you have a chance to see the surroundings of your favourite choices.

 Viewings and rates:

 

We look for the best objects for the best prices. The price/quality balance you find with us is far better than anywhere else. Please always ask us before you come for a viewing that you have been informed by us about any possible costs and down payments. These costs can vary from object to object.

 Per viewing we charge € 35/320SEK per hour and if necessary fuel charge. These costs will be credited if you buy an object over € 85,000.00. All you need to tell us is the route to take and we shall take you there. This is our way of offering you the best objects for the best prices. These fees will have to be paid for on the day of the viewing.

 

 Buying a house in Sweden in short:

The information you find on our site is based on the information we receive from our sellers. We will do our utmost best to check everything, but the Swedish law also expects you to check yourself during your sight. On top of the selling price you pay an extra fee to get the object signed to your name (ownership registration with the Swedish court), this costs you Skr 825.00. Further costs are property tax and obligatory housing insurance. The contract of sale will then be made up and will be only be official once both parties have signed. Until this contract is signed, the seller is free to sell to any other buyer. Take the 10% down payment into account.

Naturally we will guide you through all this and help you from the handling of the paper work till the transfer of the keys.

 

 Handle your finances:

Buying real estate is serious business. Make sure you have everything settled before you travel to Sweden. Unfortunately we have seen dream houses sold right before a buyer’s face just because their budget was not available in time. . The building of a house is a valuable and time consuming matter. A good preparation is a must.

 

 And afterwards…

… You can still count on us. From the transfer of the keys to complete refurbishments, small and big or even new housing estates. Thanks to our own experience with project management, you will save a lot of time and money. We work with the best and loyal contractors in the region.
